An essential element of Flood Management is to compile and present past experiences and good practices in flood preparedness so that lessons for the future can be learnt. The documents are used to increase awareness of the best practices for flood preparedness, based on the lessons learnt under the Flood Preparedness and Emergency Management Project, the lessons can be used in the wider disaster management Sector.

            The aim of Case Studies are to present work done in previous and current projects, in an easily accessible fashion, so that others can learn from the activities and the processes that have been used.
