Capacity Building

This component involves the following activities:

1. Capacity building for national hydrometeorological services to produce, interpret, and communicate downscaled and tailored climate forecast information

2. Capacity building for intermediary agencies (e.g. agriculture agencies, water management agencies) and farmer support institutions to interpret and communicate climate information to local user communities

3. Capacity building for technical agencies at national and local levels to integrate climate forecast information in development planning process

4. Capacity building for farmer support institutions to use climate information
