Cyclone Nargis hit Myanmar in 2008. Held in Bangkok at the Siam Society, the lecture will be part of Asian Disaster Preparedness Center’s (ADPC) annual Brian Ward Memorial Lecture series, with support from the Royal Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA-Norway).
