Apibarl serves as an officer to be responsible for the training management systems of ADPC Academy Department. He focuses on the implementation of ongoing the Disaster Risk Reduction project and coordination and collaboration with both internal and external teamwork to develop the training systems and capacity building. With more than 10 years working in ADPC, he works with vary projects on DRR, CCA and trainings program, and he has also worked with local government, Academy and NGOs in Indonesia, Thailand, Laos, Cambodia, Sri Lanka, Iraq, Nigeria, Tajikistan and so on.

Before joining ADPC, he worked as an international admissions officer in Assumption University for 4 years. He is a creative, adaptable and bright individual with excellent skills in management and design.

Apibarl holds a Master's Degree in Business Administration.
