Mr. Adnan Alam is a certified M&E Specialist from International Training Center (ITC) Turin, Italy, a Certified PMP from PMI, USA, Certified CAPM from PMI, USA, and graduated in rigorous Impact Evaluation from Independent Evaluation Group at the World Bank, the University of Bern, Switzerland and the Center for Evaluation, Germany. He has rich experience in monitoring and evaluation of projects and programs funded by Multilateral Development Banks (MDBs), Financial Institutions (FIs), UN Agencies, and federal government. Adnan has helped and supported various organizations and M&E professionals in designing Result based M&E systems at the policy, program and project level.
