The Sector Focal Points (SFPs) Regional Meeting, held in Bangkok from September 30 to October 1, 2024, brought together SFPs and senior government officials to assess the CARE for South Asia project’s progress and achievements. Participants reviewed ongoing activities, identified challenges, and explored opportunities for refinement and scalability to enhance climate resilience in sector-specific planning. The meeting showcased the South Asia Region Climate Knowledge Hub (SAR-Climate), a platform for sharing climate adaptation knowledge, and discussed synergies with the Transboundary Rivers of South Asia (TROSA) project to strengthen water governance. Insights shared aimed to promote efficiency, sustainability, and regional collaboration.
