The 17th RCC meeting, conducted on 05-07 December 2022 in Manila, Philippines, under the overarching theme of Sustainable Resilience Through Inclusive Governance, Finance and Local Action, was co-hosted by Asian Disaster Preparedness Center (ADPC) and the Office of Civil Defense (OCD), Republic of the Philippines supported by the Government of Sweden.

A total of 18 member countries (Bangladesh, Bhutan, China, India, Indonesia, Jordan, Kazakhstan, Republic of Korea, Lao People’s Democratic Republic, Maldives, Mongolia, Nepal, Pakistan, Philippines, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Timor-Leste and Viet Nam) and 25 international observers were in attendance.
