Publication Overview/Description

Urban Resilience to Climate Extremes in Southeast Asia" program aims to build resilience of urban communities & systems to current and emerging climate extremes, disasters and emergencies in selected deltaic & coastal cities in the Southeast Asia region. The program is supported by the Norwegian Agency for Development Cooperation (Norad) and implemented by the Asian Disaster Preparedness Center (ADPC). The Factsheet highlights the challenges experienced by the two selected cities in Viet Nam (Nam Dinh City: Nam Dinh Province & My Tho City: Tien Giang province) due to climate extremes and the ADPC approach in building Urban Resilience.
