The Training Manual on Integrated Flood Disaster Risk Management Training Course is developed under the Program for Reduction of Vulnerability to Floods in Thailand, the Resilient Cities and Urban Risk Management Department (RCURM) with support by the United States Agency for International Development-The Office of U.S. Foreign Disaster Assistance (USAID-OFDA).
