In preparation for the new year and beyond, the ADPC team gathered for its Retreat 2024 between 25-26 January 2024 in Bangkok, Thailand. It was a rare opportunity for all staff to gather, look upon the achievements of 2023, and gear up for the future year with the review of the 2024 Work Plan, Strategy 2030 and the key action areas.

Under the them of Navigating the Road Ahead, the Retreat provided an opportunity for ADPC to recreate and learn from enhanced teamwork and collaboration, communication skills and conflict resolution skills.
