Asian Disaster Preparedness Center (ADPC) signed a comprehensive Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the University of Twente’s faculty of Geo-Information Science and Earth Observation (ITC) to cooperate in research and technical exchange on geospatial technology. Relationship between the two institutions goes back over 15 years in training and cooperation on disaster risk management projects.

This agreement further strengthens the longstanding relationship between the two institutions with additional collaborative research on applications of geospatial information for disaster preparedness and climate resilience.
