Activity 1: Kick-off workshop of the project partners

The kick-off workshop took place on 14-15 February at ITC, Netherlands with ten Participants from ADPC, BU, ITC, Thailand, Sri Lanka, Indonesia and invited experts from Norway Geo-technical Institute (NGI). During this workshop the project planning was done with the main partners and agreement was reached on a detailed outline of activities and methodology of execution. A detailed work plan was prepared identifying appropriate dates for workshops, trainings and other activities and the roles of each partner. Sub-contracts on the partnership for execution of activities under the project were also finalized. The minutes of the kick off meeting was one of the main project outputs.
